successfully navigated complex tax matters and compliance for large global and Indian multinational clients. His work spans diverse
industries, including Pharma, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Free Trade Warehousing Zones (FTWZ-SEZ). Prateek’s comprehensive
understanding of taxation laws allows him to provide clients with detailed and accurate tax advisory services, addressing both current
challenges and future business issues. His insights are instrumental in helping clients make informed decisions. Prateek is actively involved
in the profession, serving as a Co-Opted Member of the Direct Tax Committee of WIRC. His contributions to the committee reflect his

Prateek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Jai Narayan Vyas University. He earned his prestigious Chartered Accountant
qualification in 2012 and has further enriched his knowledge through various certification courses, including DISA (ICAI) and courses in
Forensic Audit & Fraud Prevention, Bank Concurrent Audit, and Forex and Treasury Management.
